Some things to consider during your visit:

1) Wear Comfortable Shoes. You'll be exploring multiple floors and numerous installations, so comfortable footwear is recommended for the full experience.

2) Travel Light. They have a self-serve coat rack available on site, but personal belongings are the responsibility of each visitor. It's recommended to travel lightly for your comfort and security.

3) Check elevator signs to reach new second floor area. To reach the new second floor area of the Eaton Centre, only specific elevators lead up to it, so be sure to check the elevator signs for proper access.

4) Take Your Time. While self-paced, it's best to take your time going through the exhibits and installations. 1-2 hours allows you to fully explore all three floors and 20+ immersive environments. You can breeze by them, but you may not get the full experience and your money's worth.
